1. About subscriptions

Clear Balance may offer paid premium access that unlocks additional features, forecasts, planning tools, and other premium functionality.

Subscription access is optional. The core app experience may continue to be available without a premium purchase, subject to feature availability.

2. Who provides Premium

Clear Balance is a product of CLEARBALANCE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17117064.

Subscription purchase processing, billing, and entitlement verification may also involve third-party platforms, including Google Play and Adapty.

3. Pricing and billing

Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans are shown at the point of purchase inside the app or through the relevant platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the relevant platform to charge the price displayed to you, together with any taxes or charges that may apply under that platform's rules.

4. Automatic renewal

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Renewal timing, charge timing, and any reminder messaging are controlled by the relevant store platform rather than guaranteed by Clear Balance.

5. Free trials and offers

From time to time, promotional pricing, introductory offers, or free trials may be made available.

Any such offer will be governed by the terms displayed when the offer is presented. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, this will be handled according to the terms shown by the purchase platform.

6. Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the platform used to make the purchase, such as your Google Play account settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

If you cancel, premium access will usually continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless the platform states otherwise.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing are generally controlled by the store or payment platform through which the purchase was made.

Clear Balance does not promise direct refunds outside the policies and tools made available by the relevant purchase platform.

8. Premium access and restores

Premium access is tied to the purchase record and entitlement information provided by the relevant platform and supporting subscription services.

Restore functionality may be available where supported. Successful restoration depends on the platform account used for the original purchase and the entitlement data returned to the app.

9. Changes to subscriptions

We may change the availability, structure, pricing presentation, or included features of premium offerings over time.

Any future subscription purchases will be based on the terms and pricing shown to you at the point of purchase on that date.
