Does Clear Balance make payments for me?

No. Clear Balance is a debt tracking and planning app. It does not make payments or contact creditors on a user’s behalf.

How do I cancel Premium?

Premium subscriptions are managed through the platform used for purchase, such as Google Play or the App Store where applicable. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription by itself.

Where is debt data stored?

Clear Balance is designed to keep debt and app data stored locally on the user’s device.

How do I report a bug?

Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and screenshots if they help.
